• KP Creation specializes in handcrafted fabric, Kundan, and bead jewelry.
• All our designs are handmade, and slight variations may occur, making each piece unique.
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

2️⃣ Orders & Payments

• All orders must be paid in full before processing and shipping.
• We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and other available online payment methods.
• Customized orders require full advance payment, and once processed, they cannot be canceled or modified.

3️⃣ Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 2-7 business days, depending on the product and customization.
• Estimated delivery times:
  • Within India: 5-10 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days (subject to customs clearance)
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

4️⃣ Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Customers must report any damage within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos.
• Only damaged or defective items are eligible for exchange or store credit. Refunds are not available.

5️⃣ Product Care & Warranty

• Our jewelry is delicate and should be kept away from water, perfumes, and chemicals.
• KP Creation is not responsible for damage caused by mishandling or improper storage.

6️⃣ Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, and content on our website and social media belong to KP Creation.
• Any reproduction, copying, or unauthorized use of our designs without permission is strictly prohibited.
